PAGCOR’s Quality Management Reign Continues!
Guess what? The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) has managed to keep its ISO 9001:2015 certification! That’s right, folks! For the fourth time in a row, they passed the test with flying colors during an audit wrapped up in December.
High Fives All Around!
PAGCOR’s chair and supreme ruler (well, sort of) Alejandro Tengco is giving credit where credit is due – to the employees! That’s right, it’s the hardworking folks who keep tweaking and improving things at PAGCOR. Tengco was all smiles when he snagged that shiny certification from DQS Certification Phils. Inc. on April 16, right at the PAGCOR Corporate Office in Pasay City.

Tengco gushed over how this recertification shows that PAGCOR is all about excellence, accountability, and a never-ending quest for improvement. And let’s not forget, the applause goes to the teams that keep things running smoothly at both the Corporate Office and the multitude of branches.

The certification covers PAGCOR’s management systems, following a rigorous surveillance audit from December 15 to 18, 2025, that checked out 17 locations, including the Corporate Office and loads of Casino Filipino branches. Among the worthy establishments that faced the auditor’s magnifying glass were PAGCOR branches in Tagaytay, Angeles, Citystate, Cebu, Ilocos Norte, Bacolod, and Olongapo. Isn’t that a mouthful? And let’s sprinkle in some more: Grand Regal, Malabon Grand, Binondo, Greenery, Manila Grand Opera, Kartini, Networld, Tropicana in Las Piñas, and Oriental Pearl. They were all part of the action!

Big shoutout to DQS for recognizing PAGCOR’s leadership, strategic vision, and compliance with the rules. The auditors were particularly impressed with PAGCOR’s efforts in going digital, which has spiced up efficiency levels across the board. Efficiency for the win!
