The findings are based on a survey of 3,000 former users in the gaming hotspots of Delhi NCR, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra. You’d think the ban would halt gaming activities, right? Wrong! Since the PROG Act came about, the appetite for offshore gaming has skyrocketed by 18 percentage points! In Delhi and Tamil Nadu, players have shifted to offshore sites to the tune of 14-15 points, while Maharashtra jumped a staggering 25 percentage points!
