Dim Sum & Noodle


From the great mind of Iron Chef Jose Garces, Yubōka, serves dim sum, Asian-inspired small plates and of course, steaming bowls of noodle soup. On the casino floor, adjacent to his stunning Amada, the 36-seat Noodle Bar is great for a quick bite or casual meal. Guests may order from the walk-up window and choose to dine in or take their order to-go.

Chef Garces has enlisted a talented team to execute the menu and has consulted with Dim Sum Garden’s fifth-generation chef-owner Da Shizhou and her daughter Sally on the family’s famous Xiao Long Bao, or Shanghai soup dumplings, for Yubōka.

Other menu items will include: Chicken Wings with spicy garlic-ginger sauce; a variety of Dumplings; Lamb Burger, wok-fried cumin lamb on a house-made steamed bun; Pork Ramen with pork belly, zha chai, fish cake and poached egg; Seafood Noodle Soup with poached shrimp, crab and Taiwanese barbecue sauce, crispy shallot and udon noodles.

Featured signature cocktails will include Crouching Tiger, made with white wine, sake, lychee and Hidden Dragon, made with gin, melon, Thai chile. Other beverages such as domestic, craft and imported beers, wine, sake and tea will also be available.

Yubōka is open daily for lunch, dinner and late-night dining.

Private Party Facilities: Yuboka welcomes groups of all sizes. Festive settings, service and menus are perfect for intimate dinners with friends, special occasions and holidays, corporate meetings and staff parties. Events can be booked throughout the restaurant and in our private dining rooms seven days a week.
