• The Mezz, 87 feet above sea level; includes Ovation Hall, a theater with capacity for 5,500, The Think Tank, 160,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and a poker room
• Resort, starting at 114 feet above sea level; encompasses more than 1,800 guest rooms and suites each with an ocean view, and a 32,000-square-foot spa
